• How to Update Firmware

VSP 516/VSP 516S/VSP 618/VSP 709

Connect computer to processor via serial cable (may need USB to Serial interface)
Select *.mot. and send file to device.
After the equipment power up, right-click the “.mot” file at the left side of menu
When the screen shows “waiting for update”, update the main board program.
Next, choose the “download file to device”, start to loading

• Control Software Does Not Detect Device

Use Command Prompt "ping" command to test IP connection. If the mini / mini+ cannot be pinged from the computer (there is no response return data), there is no connection between the computer and the mini / mini+;
Confirm whether the IP address of the computer and the IP address of mini / mini+ are in the same network segment/subnet.;
Check the physical network port connection is latched at both ends and confirm that the network cable is in good condition;
If rgw mini / mini+ are connected to control computer through a router, make sure the configuration of the router is correct. Confirm that connecting mini / mini+ directly to the computer is working (without router).

• Computer Does Not Recognize USB3.0 Signal

Windows10 has native support no driver is need. Check the resolution settings are correct
Windows 7, users will need to install the USB3.0 driver.Contact Us
Check USB cable connection is firm, and confirm that the USB is suitable for USB3.0;
Confirm the USB port on the computer is recognizing the USB/mini device (Device Manager and/or Settings. Devices)

• T-Bar Does Not Seem to be Working Correctly

Check whether there is any foreign matter blocking the position of T-bar.
Do the T-bar calibration - connect the mini to a computer the mini App and select the T-bar Calibration settings option.
